AI training for your team, tailored to your company

Not a generic course about prompts. I teach your team to use AI exactly where they work: emails, offers, customer service and paperwork. You cover the AI Act obligation along the way.

Your company is already required to train its team on AI

The AI Act, article 4, has applied since February 2025. It covers every company that uses AI: ChatGPT, automation, any tool. It does not matter whether you have three people or thirty.

You do not need a certificate. You need to be able to show that your people know how to use AI safely and sensibly. There is no separate penalty for not training them. But supervision stopped being theory: the Polish AI systems act has been in force since 11 August 2026, and from 28 October the KRiBSI commission can inspect companies that use AI. During an inspection, a dispute with a client or a data leak, documentation is the evidence, not good intentions.

I am not scaring anyone with fines. Compliance comes as a side effect. The real reason to do it is simpler: a team that knows how to use AI works faster.

A generic course gets watched, then Monday looks the same

Ready-made trainings teach everyone the same thing: what a prompt is, what a model is. But your team does not work in the abstract. It works on your emails, your offers, your CRM. Knowledge that does not map to the actual job does not stick.

Training built around your work

  • Preparation on your own files

Before the training you send five real examples: enquiries, a quote, a document. I build the material on them.

  • Learning on your examples

The team practices on real emails and tasks from your company, not on made-up cases.

  • Safety rules

What you can put into AI and what you cannot. Where the automation ends and human control begins.

  • Takeaways that work

The team leaves with ready prompts and workflows for their roles, not with general theory.

From an email to a trained team

  1. 1

    Enquiry

You write an email: how many people, what you do, what eats your time. I send back a programme for your company with a price and a date. No phone call.

  2. 2

    Preparation

I build the training around your industry and processes, on your real examples.

  3. 3

    Training

Online or on site, hands-on. The team practices on its own tasks right away.

After the training you keep a full set, not a memory

  • AI usage rules for your company, written for your roles.
  • A register of the AI tools you use.
  • The training programme, the list of participants and attendance records.
  • Ready made instructions and patterns for specific roles.
  • 30 days of questions by email.

This set is proof that an AI literacy programme exists in the company. That is what article 4 requires. A certificate is not needed for it.

Three options, prices on the page

Final prices. Invoice after delivery, 7 day terms. A day for ten people works out at 450 zł per person. Warsaw and the surrounding area with no travel fee, further away we agree separately.

Half a day, four hours

2 500 zł

Up to 6 people. Two modules: your emails and your documents. AI usage rules and attendance records. A good start when the team is small.

A day, six hours

4 500 zł

Up to 10 people, four modules on your own emails, quotes and documents. AI usage rules, a tool register, attendance records, 30 days of email questions.

A day and the first automation

7 900 zł

The training plus one thing running in your company afterwards. Usually watching incoming requests or a quote generator based on your price list.

Support after the training, up to 2 hours of work per month: 400 zł a month. Optional, you can stop it any time.

Frequently asked questions

  • The training plus the documentation I leave behind show that you have an AI competence program. That is what article 4 requires. No certificate is needed.

  • Whatever suits you. I do both online and at your company. The practice is the same: the team works on its own tasks.

  • Two options: half a day, four hours for a team of up to 6, or a full day, six hours with breaks, up to 10 people. With a bigger team we split it into two groups, because above ten people the exercises stop working.

  • The national training fund (KFS) finances digital and AI training, but it only pays through providers listed in the official register (BUR). I invoice directly, with no middlemen and no paperwork. If funding matters to you, say so right away.

  • Five real examples: two client enquiries, one quote, one document and a three sentence description of one process. It takes about 20 minutes, and without it the training loses half its value, because the exercises run on your own files.

Start with two documents, not with training

A template for your company's AI usage rules and a register of tools, both fillable in about fifteen minutes. You fill them in yourself, and during the training day we do the same on your company's processes. Leave your email and I will send them right away.
