Your company is already required to train its team on AI
The AI Act, article 4, has applied since February 2025. It covers every company that uses AI: ChatGPT, automation, any tool. It does not matter whether you have three people or thirty.
You do not need a certificate. You need to be able to show that your people know how to use AI safely and sensibly. From August 2026 this comes under supervision.
I am not scaring anyone with fines. Compliance comes as a side effect. The real reason to do it is simpler: a team that knows how to use AI works faster.

Am I compliant with the AI Act after the training?
The training plus the documentation I leave behind show that you have an AI competence program. That is what article 4 requires. No certificate is needed.
Online or on site?
Whatever suits you. I do both online and at your company. The practice is the same: the team works on its own tasks.
How long does it take?
It depends on the team and scope. Usually from half a day to a few sessions. We agree on the call.
Is there KFS funding?
Eventually yes. For now I invoice directly, and I will open the KFS channel separately once it is ready.
