01 / one orderly flow
Automate requests so nothing gets lost
I show owners of small service companies how to organise requests, quotes and crew schedules so nobody retypes anything by hand.
Requests, quotes and documents run in my own companies: WentON and EDUS.
- 1A request by email, form or DM
- 2It all lands in one place
- 3The system replies or prices the job
- 4You get a message on the phone
02 / how it works
Three processes, before and after
Each diagram shows a real process. Two are taken from WentON and EDUS, the third is a rollout plan for a client. I always start from how your company works today.

Numbers from these systems
01 / Education centre
Before: Applicants write in DMs and comments at any hour. Replies came whenever someone found a minute.
- conversations handled by the bot, January–May 2026
- 128
- messages in those conversations
- 499
- questions before the request reaches the CRM
- 3
02 / Air conditioning installation
Before: Air conditioning inquiries arrive by email. Capacity, price and quote text had to be worked out and written by hand, so some waited until the next day.
- quotes in 2026 priced by the calculator
- 67
- price options in every draft
- 3
- new drafts from email every day
- 07:45
03 / Education centre
Before: Every university application was filled in by hand: names, addresses and passport numbers copied from a questionnaire.
- real form templates the bot was checked on
- 16
- passes of filling in and checking
- 44
04 / Property rental
Before: Every month dozens of rental invoices for two companies, issued by hand in invoicing software.
- invoices a month from one script
- 48
- companies, each in its own run

The numbers come from the systems and their documentation. No estimates of time saved, only what can be checked.
05 / about
Who I am

Hi, I'm Olek.
I've been running businesses in Warsaw for over 10 years. WentON: HVAC installation. EDUS: education center for Ukrainian students. I hold a Master's degree in Process Management. I know the daily grind of small business from the inside: inquiries, quotes, follow-ups, invoices, team coordination.
The request, quote and document systems described above come from these two companies. Now I help other service businesses do the same.
I combine AI with simple tools, ideally the ones the company already uses. I build systems that work and that a business owner can actually understand. No rocket science.

AI training for your team
Your company is already required to train its people on AI (AI Act). I do it for one company at a time: I teach the team on your emails and offers, not on generic examples.

Frequently asked questions
First automations are live within 1–2 weeks of starting implementation. Right after the call, you get an Automation Map: a concrete plan with priorities. I start with the processes that deliver the fastest impact.
The Automation Map is free. Implementation starts from 900 zł. You don't need to automate everything at once. We start with one process and scale the system step by step.
I build systems that a business owner can understand without a developer's help. After implementation, you get training and 2 weeks of support. If something breaks, I fix it.
Intro call: 15 minutes. Process call: 60 minutes. Implementation: 1-3 weeks depending on complexity. Most companies have their first working system within a month.
That's why I start with a free Automation Map, so we both see whether and what can be automated. If after the call I determine I can't help, I'll tell you straight. Zero risk on your side.
