Base does 90% of your routine. You pay for the rest with your evenings

Custom pricing logic, reports built for your business, an ERP bridge, message replies. You can't click these together in the panel, yet they eat most of your time. I build these missing automations on n8n, without replacing the tools you already use.

First step: review in 5 working days, the fee is credited toward implementation

The panel has everything except what you actually need

  • You change prices by hand

A competitor dropped one zloty and you're recalculating margins in Excel at 11 pm. The rules you keep in your head don't fit a standard repricer.

  • You glue reports from three exports

What's really left per SKU after commissions, ads and returns? The panel won't tell you, and it's the only number that matters.

  • A hundred messages a day, all the same

Where's the parcel, is there an invoice, will it arrive before the weekend. You reply yourself at night or pay per conversation in an expensive helpdesk.

  • Your warehouse lives its own life

Subiekt or Optima know one thing, the marketplace another. You patch the differences by hand and hope you don't sell stock you don't have.

Three steps, none of them a never-ending project

  1. 1

Review: 300 zł, 5 working days

I walk through your process from order to shipment and deliver a list of automations, each priced, with estimated hours saved. If there's nothing worth automating, I say so plainly.

  2. 2

    Implementation: from 2 900 zł, 2 weeks

One automation at a time: one business outcome, at most two connected systems, one revision round. No half-finished projects dragging on forever.

  3. 3

    Care plan: 400-800 zł monthly

Monitoring with alerts, fixes after API changes and up to 2 hours of changes per month. An automation nobody watches breaks quietly.

The review fee is credited toward implementation if we start within 30 days.

Honestly: this is not for everyone

  • Makes sense if

You sell 100+ orders a month, use Base, Apilo or Sellasist, have an ERP (Subiekt, Optima, enova, wFirma) or pricing and reporting rules you can't click together in a panel. The stranger your process, the better the fit.

  • Doesn't make sense if

I don't build stores, don't migrate whole accounts between platforms, don't run ads. Below 100 orders a month a tool subscription is usually enough, and I'll tell you that straight during the review.

Three packages, zero asterisks

Agencies charge 3 to 10 thousand for a standard Base implementation. I do what the standard implementation doesn't cover: the tail end that eats your time.

Let's talk

Amounts on this page are final (sole proprietorship, VAT-exempt). Unusual scope? Write to me, I'll quote honestly or talk you out of it.

The one-automation rule: we finish one thing completely before starting the next.

Before you write

  • No. I build automations alongside the tool you have, through the Allegro API and your ERP. Base keeps doing its 90%, n8n glues on the rest.

  • I work on API tokens with limited permissions, not your passwords. Everything runs on your accounts, you can cut access with one click, and you get full documentation.

  • Review: 5 working days from access handover. Implementation: 2 weeks from quote approval. If a deadline is going to slip, you hear about it before, not after.

  • You get it in writing: what I checked and why automation won't pay off for you. You pay for an honest diagnosis, not for promises. That result saves money too: a few thousand on an implementation you don't need.

  • You do. They run on your n8n environment (or I set one up for you), with documentation. They'll keep working without the care plan, there just won't be anyone watching them.

  • Yes, I issue an invoice (sole proprietorship, VAT-exempt, final amounts with nothing added).
