The schedule for your field crews builds itself

Crews driving across the country and a plan you put together by hand, evening after evening? Planer Ekip turns a list of jobs into finished schedules: routes without pointless kilometres, messages to your foremen and paperwork under control. All inside a plain Google Sheet, with no new software to learn.

Tested on 380 locations and 5 crews • live in 2 weeks

The most expensive dispatcher in the company is you

Evenings with a spreadsheet and a map

Who goes where, on which night. Every new batch of jobs starts from scratch, because the whole plan has to be recalculated in your head.

The 21:47 phone call

A client cancels tomorrow. You reshuffle half the plan by hand and hope the crew does not drive to yesterday's address.

Paperwork you have to remember

Reports and sign-off sheets are supposedly sent, but you are the one keeping track for everyone. Until one is missing and it surfaces a month later.

„Where am I driving tomorrow?”

The same call with every foreman, every week. And once more after every change to the plan.

Three steps, no new software

1

You paste the jobs into a sheet

A plain Google Sheet, just like Excel. Address, scope of work, status. That is everything the system needs.

2

You click „Plan it”

The system splits the territory between crews based on their home bases, orders the stops so nobody criss-crosses the country, and cuts the plan into nights or working days. A minute, not an evening.

3

Schedules send themselves

Every Sunday each foreman gets his week on Telegram: shift by shift, stop by stop, in driving order.

Open the demo and set your own numbers: your industry, your crews, your locations. You will see the exact same mechanism on your reality.

Six things that stop being your problem

Automatic territory split

Every crew gets stops close to its base, workload evened out, route without zigzags across the map.

Schedules on Telegram

Sunday 18:00, each crew gets its own. No manual sending and no questions on Monday morning.

Changes in one message

You write „Radom is off”, the system fixes the sheet and recalculates the plan. Completed work and the nearest date stay untouched. (Planer + Zmiany package)

Morning report at 7:00

What got done, which documents came in, where the gaps are. The reminder goes to the foreman on its own. (Pełna Kontrola package)

The sheet is yours

Your data on your Google account. Even if I vanished tomorrow, the sheet and the button keep working.

Live in 2 weeks

The system already exists, I fit it to your crews and your jobs. You are not paying to build it from zero.

This is how it looks on the phone

Sunday 18:00, the foreman's phone

🌙 Schedule for the week:
Mon 03.08: Store Warszawa, Store Radom
Tue 04.08: Store Lublin, Store Białystok
Wed 05.08: Store Olsztyn, Store Gdańsk

Every day at 7:00, your phone

☀️ Morning report (04.08):
Done: 6 / 6
Sign-off sheets: 5 / 6
❗ Missing:
- Radom (Crew East)
→ reminder sent
Left in the project: 374 locations

I will say plainly who should not buy this

Good fit

Rollouts for retail chains (telecom, IT, electrical), air conditioning and ventilation service, statutory inspections (fire safety, lifting equipment, electrical), installations, facility maintenance. Any company with 2-10 field crews where the owner builds the plan.

Not a fit

A single crew, because there is nothing to split. A need for live GPS tracking, because that is a different product. A corporation with its own IT department. If that is your case, I will say so during the audit and will not send a quote.

Prices you can see before we talk

Setup is paid once. Monthly care starts only after two free weeks of adjustments, and you can stop it at any time.

Care covers hosting the server and the bot, monitoring, and up to 2 hours of work per month (small changes or one small new automation). Bigger extensions are quoted up front, and unused hours do not roll over.

The audit and the Automation Map are free, as always. We start with a conversation, not an invoice.

What people ask most often

Do I have to learn new software?

No. Day to day you work in a plain Google Sheet: you type in the jobs and click one button. Foremen get messages on Telegram, which is already on their phone.

My crews use WhatsApp, not Telegram.

We start on Telegram because it works from day one and costs nothing. WhatsApp can be added through the official Meta API, but that means business verification and a separate number: roughly 1000 zł extra and a week or two longer.

How many jobs can it handle?

Tested on 380 locations and 5 crews: the plan computes in a fraction of a second. The practical ceiling is a few hundred stops in one project, which is more than the vast majority of service companies ever have.

How does it know how to drive?

From the map. Every address becomes a point, points are grouped near crew bases, and the order is arranged so nobody doubles back. Distances are straight-line, which is entirely enough for building a plan, and navigation is the phone's job anyway.

What if I stop paying for care?

The sheet and the button are yours and keep working. Care covers the server side (messages, reports) and gives you someone to write to. Without it I either move the automatic sending to your own server or switch it off.

Who owns the data?

You do. The sheet lives on your Google account and the bot is created for your company. I keep nothing on my side beyond what is needed to send the messages.
